Online Auctions for Universities & Alumni Associations

You run a polished event. You need auction items that match the room, close fast, and add zero friction for your lean staff. This is the page that shows what online auctions look like when the audience is alumni, donors, and fans.

Bucket-list sports and travel move the room. Think Masters badges, bowl game trips, and rivalry weekend packages. Golf outings and scholarship galas fit here too. Every experience comes with photos, a description, and a ready to list PDF. You pick what fits your crowd. The items feel like they belong at your event, not a generic fundraiser.

Your donors tend to be older with more to spend. Your office does not have time to chase travel details. That changes what a good auction item looks like. You need turnkey experiences that close clean. Winner details go in after the event. Travel certificates arrive in 3 to 5 business days. An in-house travel team handles every booking. Your staff runs the auction, not a travel desk.

The cost is zero until an item sells. You set a starting bid 15 to 20 percent above cost, so profit starts on the first bid. If bidding gets hot, you can sell the same package more than once. You only pay for what sells. You can add items the same day as your event. The number of experiences depends on your audience size. Someone helps you figure out the right count.

Browse over 140 experiences and reserve what you like for free. You get the marketing materials for your event. List the items on your own bidding platform. After the event, send the winner details. Giveback XP sends the travel certificates and books the trips. Donors have up to two years to travel for most experiences. Event-based trips are for that year only.

You run a big auction with the staff you already have. Winners get trips they talk about. Your office keeps more money without more work.
