Reserve what you like for free and receive the marketing information for your event. Pay only for sold items and keep 100% over the cost of the experience. Post-event, send the winners' details and the Travel Team gets the donors squared away. If an item does not sell, you owe nothing for that experience. Recommended starting bid: 15-20% above cost, so there is profit from the very first bid. The same package can sell multiple times if the bidding is hot, doubling and tripling profit. Items can be added last minute, even the day of the event. Marketing support: a 1-page PDF display per experience with details, photos and videos when available, plus a marketing email with helpful hints and pre and post event info. How many experiences depends on audience size and crowd; Giveback XP helps fine tune the number. Giveback XP books the travel for winners and will send over 3000+ donors on experiences in 2026. Donors have up to 2 years to travel for non event-based experiences; event-based experiences (Kentucky Derby, US Open, CMAs) are for that year's event.
