You pick the experiences, get the marketing materials, and place them on your silent auction table or mobile bidding platform. After the event, you send the winner details to the Travel Team. They book the travel and get the donors squared away. Donors have up to two years to travel for most experiences. Event-based trips like the Kentucky Derby or US Open are for that year's event.
