Will our members bid on a big trip?

A dinner or golf outing brings in the same local business people year after year. They have seen the baskets and gift certificates before. The chair of a Rotary, Lions, civic club, or Chamber asks one question: will anybody raise a paddle for a trip when the room is small?

You are not looking at a ballroom crowd. You see the same faces, the same tables. But these are members who travel. They take clients to regional games. They book getaways to Napa or Belize. It takes two interested bidders to move a trip, not two hundred. And mobile bidding lets friends outside the room join in.

The cost to the club is zero if an item does not sell. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. A Country Music Awards trip or a Napa wine weekend can start bidding at a small cushion above the cost that still fits a local event budget.

Browse experiences that match your crowd: sporting events, music awards, wine country. Reserve what fits for free. The marketing sheet arrives ready to share. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. Giveback XP only gets paid when your winner pays you.

The night moves faster with one big moment on the table. A real trip gives the room something to talk about. And when it is over, you send the winner details and the travel team handles the rest. You keep what you raised and move on to the next event.
