What auction items work at a police or fire fundraiser?
Silent auction experiences that work at police and fire foundation banquets and golf outings.
Your police or fire foundation is hosting a banquet or golf outing. You’re an officer or firefighter, not an event planner, and you need silent auction items that will work with a community crowd. You don’t have weeks to track down trips and experiences.
At police and fire foundation events, the crowd is local families, business owners, and supporters. They bid on experiences they can picture themselves enjoying. Bourbon Trail weekends, big sports and entertainment events, and golf or fishing trips match the room and get people talking.
There is no upfront cost. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. Starting bids at 15 to 20 percent above cost mean profit from the first bid.
Right now, browse a few experiences that fit your crowd—Bourbon Trail, a big game, a golf outing. You can reserve them free, print the display PDFs, and your auction is ready. You can add items up to the day of the event. Talk to the team at Giveback XP to match items to your audience.
Your auction table will have trips and experiences that get people talking and bidding. You’ll raise more money for your foundation’s equipment needs or family support missions, without any upfront risk. After the event, winners contact the travel team, and you move on to the next thing.
