Are we too late to add auction items to our Catholic school fundraiser?
Live auction travel packages for Catholic & Christian schools that can be added even on the day of your event.
Your school’s gala is close. The advancement office just heard that a donated live auction item fell through, and the parent committee is scrambling to fill that gap. You need travel packages that work for a Catholic & Christian school community, where parents, alumni, and parishioners bid on experiences families can actually enjoy.
Catholic & Christian school auctions often finalize their live lineup in the last month. Committees turn over each year, and sometimes a promised donation falls through close to the date. You worry that finding quality live auction items now is impossible. That worry is common, but it is not correct.
Consignment travel packages work differently. You pick the experiences, print the display sheets, and run them during the live auction. You only pay for an experience if it sells, keep 100% over the cost, and can sell experiences multiple times if the bidding gets hot. You are not too late: items can be added the same day as your event. There is no upfront payment, and you get digital certificates.
This week, call Giveback XP. You can choose from a list of travel and experience packages that appeal to school families. Even if your gala is in days, a last-minute addition is possible. If a donated item fell through, we can provide a rescue package that fills that exact slot in your live auction.
Your auction will have strong live items your community trusts. The committee can move forward with confidence, knowing they have quality travel packages without financial risk. The room will bid on experiences families can picture themselves enjoying.
Other questions about live auctions for Catholic & Christian schools
no risk charity auction items consignment
Use no-risk consignment. The organization sets a reserve on each package and keeps every dollar bid above it. If a package does not meet reserve, it simply is not sold and nothing is owed. There is no inventory to buy and no downside to the budget.
how to get auction items without asking local businesses
Fill the big slots with consignment travel packages instead of another donation ask. Nothing is bought upfront, the school sets a reserve and keeps everything above it, and the donated items the community does give can shine in the silent auction instead of carrying the whole night.
